Adam Trigg Joins Bergeson, LLP As An Associate

Adam Trigg has joined Bergeson, LLP as an Associate. Mr. Trigg’s practice focuses on all aspects of business litigation with an emphasis on securities litigation. He has represented companies, directors, and officers in individual, derivative, and class actions in state and federal courts, including investigations and actions brought by the SEC and DOJ. Prior to joining Bergeson LLP, Mr. Trigg was an Associate with Cooley LLP.
