The ABTL Report Features Caroline McIntyre’s “On Litigation Skills Column” Regarding Litigation Planning

The Winter 2017 edition of the ABTL Northern California Report features Caroline McIntyre’s On Litigation Skills column addressing litigation planning.  The column covers such topics as navigating litigation deadlines, and the need for careful planning and organization to streamline pre-trial and trial work.  Ms. McIntyre is the designated columnist for the On Litigation Skills column, and is Managing Partner of Bergeson, LLP, where she is a business litigator. The Association of Business Trial Lawyers (ABTL) provides a collegial forum for the discussion of business litigation issues, and is committed to promoting and enhancing communications between the Bar and the federal and state benches.
